Alpine Trekking Guide Apprenticeship
To be allocated a place on a Alpine Trekking Guide Level 2 Course, you must have met the following criteria:
- Have Assistant Alpine Trekking Guide status.
- Minimum 5 quality directly supervised days alpine trekking guiding work.
- Minimum 10 quality indirectly supervised days alpine trekking guiding work.
Supervisor must be ATG Level 2, NZMGA Climbing Guide or IFMGA Mountain Guide
A written record or logbook must be presented on application as proof that experience and supervision requirements have been met.
